Show your buds some love
What a great quick project to make, and basically what teen on your list wouldn’t love love love. You know what? Scratch that. Anyone on your list would love this. Check it here from dog under my desk.
Felt-astic!

Fabric Photo Transfer
There are a few different ways of getting a photo on fabric. This is a great method via the crafty gal at a “Beautiful Mess.”
Advent Goodness
Since my 17 year old was little I have been making some version of an advent calendar. Everthing from bags, to boxes to little drawers. When the goodies have been too big to fit, I would give a little hint and sometimes stump her for the whole day. This is a great simple idea from the Mary France Project that has a great Recycling factor.
Birthday Fashionistas
We’ve had quite a run of our “Project Runway” birthdays lately. This is the most recent from the weekend. The girls are set in groups and get a conglomeration of doodads with tee shirt and have to use everything and come up with an outfit. The girls really brought their creativity and the ideas were running wild. Game on! At the end the 3 groups awed us with a mini fashion show. Loved all the results!
