Absolutely loving this dresses that I saw on etsy at this wonderful shop. I know it is frayed and super simple, and that is what make me love it so. Yes, I would wear with flip flops now, then over a turtle neck and boots in the fall. I would wear it in a boat, wear it with a goat. I would wear it here, there and everywhere.
